Architecture

Two radios. One stack.

A 5 and 6 GHz robot link that never competes with configuration or debugging traffic — and keeps running when robot power doesn't play nice.

Radio PCB

Qualcomm QCN9024 5 / 6 GHz radio and IPQ5018 SoC with integrated RF front end, under EMI shielding.

Power hardening

Engineered for harsh power environments — the voltage sag, spikes and motor noise found on robots in the field.

Power + Ethernet switch PCB

PoE in, selectable PoE outputs, and board-to-board connectors to the radio PCB.

Antennas

4×4 MIMO and 2×2 MIMO antennas for the 5 / 6 GHz robot link and 2.4 GHz access.

Status LEDs

At-a-glance link and power state, readable from across the pit.
